A great reason to eat cake at Latham Lodge
Latham Lodge colleagues and residents tucked in when they held a “time for a cuppa” and cake afternoon recently at their home in Purbrook, Portsmouth.
The event had many colleagues baking delicious cakes and bakes to raise money for Admiral Nursing.
Home manager Sylvia Morse-Carter said “It was very well attended and there were plenty of sumptuous cakes, home made donations from many of the staff at Latham. We also had Sharon Simpson, a research nurse from Solent NHS, attend and support the event. She spent most of her time selling cake!”
The event raised more than £70 so well done to everyone involved.
