Afternoon Tea at Hawkhill House

The residents at Hawkhill House Nursing Home in Milltimber enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea this week with a range of treats to enjoy while catching up over a cup of tea. The Chef and care team decorated the tables with china tea cups and cake stands, as if sitting in a tea room. Tasty cakes and sweet treats including scones were added to the cake stands, which everyone enjoyed. As well as tea residents were also treated to a small glass of wine.

Afternoon tea is definitely one of life’s little pleasures and our residents regularly enjoy gathering together around the table, to enjoy some treats and relax with one another.
