Brooklyn House celebrate the Queens 90th

Brooklyn House Nursing Home celebrated the Queens 90th Birthday with a street party this week.The care team, residents and visitors made the most of the weather, and enjoyed a right royal street party outside the home with balloons and decorations in red, white and blue decking their home, picnic food, drinks and entertainment.Kathryn Abbs, Manager at Brooklyn said, "One of my favourite things about my role is seeing the residents enjoying themselves at events such as this. It took a lot of hard work from the whole team to organise the event but it was completely worth it to see our residents enjoying it. It really embraced the community and family spirit that is very evident here at Brooklyn."
