Brooklyn House couple celebrate wedded bliss

Brooklyn House couple Chris and Marian celebrated 58 years of marriage this week.Being able to continue to live as a couple once entering a home can be very important, and at Brooklyn we are happy to be able to offer this. Being able to remain a couple without having to worry about the day to day running of a home relieves any possible pressures and enables them to enjoy time together.They enjoyed family visits throughout the day and a cosy lunch with cupcakes prepared by kitchen staff.Chris and Marian thanked the staff and said it had been a special day. “It really makes us feel part of the family”.The care team wished the couple well and we all look forward to seeing their Diamond Wedding in a couple of years!
