Brooklyn House recognised as one of the top 20 care home in the East of England
Staff and residents at Brooklyn House Nursing Home in Attleborough, Norfolk are celebrating after being recognised as one of the top 20 care homes in the East of England.
Carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home review website, runs their annual Care Home Awards 2022 every year which recognises 20 of the top rated Care Homes in each region of the UK based on reviews from residents/service users and their family/friends. This year saw Brooklyn House recognised for its perfect 10/10 score from 33 customer reviews on the ratings website.
Currently out of the 30 care homes in the local area rated on carehome.co.uk, only Brooklyn House has a perfect score of 10/10, meaning the home is ranked as the very best in the area for the quality of the services it provides. On top of this, out of the total 333 care homes in Norfolk, Brooklyn House is equally ranked number one, shared only with two other care homes.
The awards are based solely on reviews where residents and relatives share honest reviews out of a ranking of 10 for their experience of care homes, which then produce an overall median score for the home and services.
