Carers Week celebrations at Homefield Grange

The residents at Homefield Grange Care Home have been helping the team at the home celebrate Carers Week 2021. The residents made a range of thank you cards and wrote notes of appreciation which have been made into a display to show appreciation for all the team who we are so grateful and proud of. It was a chance to recognise how hard our carers work, particularly over the challenges of Covid-19.
