Caring Homes have just 'got it right' says Pamela Bruce, MD of Nurse Plus UK
Staff and residents at Home of Compassion were pleased to welcome so many guests to their official Grand Opening on Saturday 18th June 2016.
Pamela Bruce, MD of Nurse Plus UK was a welcomed guest at the event, alongside the Lord Mayor of Thames Ditton and Angela Rippon, TV and radio presenter. Pamela wrote a blog about the day and said that it was an “amazing experience.”
Pamela spoke to Caring Homes Managing Director, Avril Jones, Home Manager and a Care Assistant during the course of the day, gathering their thoughts and opinions on working for Caring Homes and working at Home of Compassion. Those that she spoke to “could not have spoken more highly of the honour to work for Caring Homes and the quality of what they stand for.”
She concluded; “the feeling I got from this wonderful experience is that this is how care should be. Caring homes have just ‘got it right.’ This culture comes from the top where quality has been created. Helena and Paul Jeffery started this care home group in 1994 with the clear quality message that is replicated throughout as the ethos of the company.”
