Caring Homes strengthens their operational structure

Caring Homes, an award winning, leading provider of residential, nursing and dementia care, is delighted to welcome Julia Bentley as Operations Director further strengthening their operational structure and supporting their growth strategy.

Caring Homes with 64 residential and nursing homes, across the UK, cares for over 3,000 residents and has recently been shortlisted in the Pinders Design Awards as finalists for two of its latest homes.

Julia joins Julie Mason, Senior Operations Director as part of the senior operational team and has held a number of senior roles within the care sector over the last 20 years, most recently as Managing Director for Burlington Care.

Julia joins us with a proven track record for driving growth whilst improving compliance, quality and governance, and is keen to get out into the business, saying, “I’m looking forward to meeting everyone, including Regional and Home Managers, in our Homes during the next few weeks and together ensuring that we provide the highest quality and standard of care.”
