Caring Homes topping out ceremony at Horsell Lodge
The final tiles have been secured on the roof of a new luxury care home in Woking as part of a traditional topping out ceremony to mark the latest milestone at the development.
Caring Homes is delighted to announce our purpose-built care and nursing home Horsell Lodge in Woking which is due to open in Summer 2019.
Horsell Lodge is located in the delightful village of Horsell, minutes to the north of Woking in Surrey.
The home will be luxurious and beautifully furnished whilst retaining a warm family atmosphere, with highly trained staff available to get to know residents individually offering the highest standards of residential, nursing and dementia care for 70 older people.
Horsell Lodge will offer first class facilities and accommodation, allowing residents to feel welcome, relaxed and secure whilst also enjoying an active and independent lifestyle. The home will feature bright and spacious communal areas including a cinema, hair salon, bistro, a restaurant with private dining facilities and several cosy lounges and quiet rooms.
The home, on the site of the former Horsell Lodge which closed in 2017, will be surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with several rooms on the lower ground floor having access to the gardens from their private patio.
The final roof tile was fitted by Adam Wilkins, Operations Director for Caring Homes and Kevin Coleman, Construction Manager for Caring Homes, in the presence of managers and colleagues from MP Brothers.
Horsell Lodge is part of Caring Homes which is celebrating 25 years in the care home industry in 2019 after starting out with one care home in 1994. Horsell Lodge will provide the highest standards of care for all residents while promoting independence and person-centred care.
