Whittington House supports ‘Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning’ event

Whittington House Nursing Home were delighted to host and celebrate the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning‘ at our care home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and we are proud to say we raised £116 for this great cause.This event is run by Macmillan and is their biggest fundraising event for people dealing with cancer.Date: 30th September from 10.30amWhere: Whittington House Nursing Home, 58 Whittington Road Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 6BLOur residents, friends, families helped bake a selection of mouth-watering cakes and pastries for all of us to enjoy and we enjoyed a series of fun activities such as:

• 10.00am - Whittington House 'Bake Sale' with refreshments served throughout the morning
• 10.45am - 'Bake Off' competition judging
• 12.00pm - 'Spot the Cake' Competition announcement

Whittington House are proud to be supporting a worthwhile organisation such as Macmillan.
