Cotman House celebrates Bills 99th Birthday

Bill at Cotman House turned 99 this week and celebrated with his family and a gorgeous cake made by the chef

Bill lived with his sister Maggie after his wife died and used to come to Cotman House for respite when Maggie went to the USA to visit her daughter Bev and so it was his first choice when he decided he needed residential care. Maggie visits regularly and Bev does too when she is back over from the USA. Maggie visited him on his birthday with friends and he had his cake in the afternoon.

Bill was in the motorcycle trade. He first worked in Newmarket in a family run motorcycle business he was then made a managing director of a motorcycle shop in Ipswich which he said he really enjoyed. Bill chose his room as he likes peace and quiet and he can enjoy the beautiful views over the sea.
