Creative times at Horsell lodge

The residents at Horsell Lodge Care Home have been having fun this weekend showing their creative sides with some recipes and crafts. Some of the residents have been designing and making Christmas cards getting ready for the festive season, with snowmen, robin's and baubles being considered in the designs.

While other residents rolled up their sleeves and rolled out some pizza dough to make their own delights, spreading their bases with tomato purée before scattering on the cheese and choosing their favourite toppings from the selection. Arts, crafts and cooking are great activities for our residents to express their creative side whilst also being good for joint mobility as well.
