Ducklings at Blenheim Court
The residents and team at Blenheim Court Care Home have started spring in a great way again this year with a 10 day duckling hatching experience within the home for all to enjoy following its success last year. The hatching experience has been watched by everyone who couldn't wait to meet the new additions and the home has shared the experience virtually on their facebook page with their local community via updates and videos from receiving the eggs to when the ducklings hatched.
The residents kept a close eye on the eggs and the night staff team were the lucky ones to see the first duckling hatch, since then all ducklings have now hatched and are finding their feet as they get up and about. The residents were involved in choosing the names for them all so we have: Crispy, Daffy, Donald and Pancake!
Everyone can't wait to have a cuddle!
