Easter celebrations at Brooklyn House

28th April 2015

Easter is always celebrated in style at Brooklyn House and this year was no exception, with a whole week dedicated to Easter-themed activities.

The highlight for the residents was the Easter Bonnet competition, with everyone working hard to produce a winning bonnet.

Deborah Hamilton-Grey, Curate of St Mary’s Church in Attleborough kindly took on the difficult task of picking a winner and after much deliberation, decided on Lilian Brown’s fantastic creation.

Alan Webb came second with his Mexican-themed bonnet and third place went to Jean Morter.

Brooklyn House is a modern, purpose-built care home in Norfolk that provides nursing care for up to 40 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
