Easter Eggstravaganza at Whittington House

At Whittington House Nursing Home in Cheltenham, we kicked off the Easter weekend with residents enjoying a coffee morning with hot cross buns.Throughout the fun-packed weekend, our residents helped members of staff create Easter bonnets and cards, which were given to their loved ones.The eggstremely fun weekend continued with the residents of Whittington House enjoying a party with fun games such as Easter Pass the parcel and even going on an Easter Egg hunt around our home.Bob, a resident's husband told us:“As ever, we have the team to thank for a wonderful Easter - it was a delight to be part of.”One of our carers Luisa dressed up as the Easter bunny and handmade over 40 individual Easter baskets for all our residents. Our activities team filled the baskets with chocolates Lyndsey our Home Manager provided.
