Edie goes shopping

One of the residents at Hillside Care Home in Sudbury, Edie, loves to go shopping and every day she would talk about going shopping soon to buy some jewellery, so we arranged a trip for the afternoon.

Edie was very excited when she was told that we were taking her to Sainsbury's, her favourite shop. This is the first time she has been shopping since before lockdown. Edie bought herself some earrings and a necklace with her own money. She proudly showed everyone when she got back. She also enjoyed a diet coke and a chocolate chip cookie.
