Green fingers galore at Broadbridge Park
The residents at Broadbridge Park Care Home have been making the most of the glorious weather by getting out in the garden and potting a range of flowers and plants in their hanging baskets and raised beds for everyone at the home to enjoy. Everyone is looking forward to watching them grow and bloom over the coming months while they enjoy time outside this summer.
Growing flowers, fruit and vegetables is something that many people will have enjoyed over the years and for our residents this gives them an opportunity to exercise their green fingers. It also helps them to maintain independence and is perfect for getting some fresh air while sharing stimulating conversations with other residents while they work together.
