Halloween Events at Blenheim Court
The residents and team at Blenheim Court Care Home haven busy this Halloween with various events going on throughout the home. It started with a pumpkin carving competition which the home managed to get the local community involved in, with submissions being placed with contact details on so a winner could be picked. The home received lots of brilliant and creative entries which made it harder for the residents to pick a winner. But they judged and voted and decided on the winner and 2 runner ups who won a spooky gift bag full of lots of treats.
They then carried on celebrating with a party for everyone in the home's bistro, which the residents and team got dressed up for. There were a range of gruesome cocktails to pick from as well as delicious cakes to enjoy. The residents got to have a Halloween boogie at the party and then there was a spooky film played in the cinema in the afternoon.
