Hillside enjoy a beach day at Felixstowe

'Oh we do like to be beside the seaside!' The residents at Hillside Care Home in Sudbury have been enjoying days out again, this time to Felixstowe, there is nothing like a beach during the summer.

A fun day was had taking some of the residents to Felixstowe seafront. It was a little windy, but the sun shined throughout. We had chips on the pier with a drink and enjoyed watching people building sandcastles and commented on the brave people who were swimming in the cold sea.

We talked about beach holidays we have all had in the past and built some special memories that we can talk about in the future.
