Homefield Grange resident turns 100
Homefield Grange Care Home residents and team recently celebrated the 100th birthday of one of their lovely residents, Ray. Ray loves his family and it was wonderful to see 14 of his family members join us in the garden room to mark this special birthday.
The party included lots of Rays favourite treats like quiche, scotch eggs and of course lots of cake and bubbly. The day was made extra special as he was thrilled to receive numerous birthday cards and presents and read out his card from the queen and gave a lovely speech.
Everyone at the home loved being part of such a memorable day and Ray’s Son said “It went better than he could have imagined and we are incredibly grateful to be able to celebrate with him”
