Laverstock Care Centre residents are living ‘The Good Life’

Reminiscent of the popular 1970’s sit-com, the staff residents of Laverstock Care Centre have set about growing their own vegetables.

So far, they have successfully cultivated home grown lettuce, radishes and beetroot. With the garden also being transformed by the local Girl Guides, there promises to be much more to come!

Situated on the outskirts of Salisbury, Laverstock Care Centre is a purpose-built home that provides residential, specialist nursing and dementia care for up to 80 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
