Mellish House get creative
To celebrate the start of spring, the staff team at Mellish House got the art equipment out and got the residents involved in a colourful art workshop.
Activities Coordinator Theresa gathered the residents together to draw or paint a beautiful bunch of tulips from the garden.
The activity was popular with all of the residents involved, with Brenda Bourne saying: ‘I really enjoyed the activity and I will give my painting to my sister because she loves tulips.’
Situated in the quiet village of Great Cornard, Mellish House is a purpose built home providing residential care for up to 48 elderly people living with a form of dementia.
