Model railway restoration at Homefield Grange

The residents at Homefield Grange Care Home have been busy with a very special project, they have been working on restoring a beautiful model railway to its former glory. The project has been a great way for the residents to show their creative sides, while having a keen eye for detail and promoting the use of their fine motor skills. It has also shown what great teamwork they have while reminiscing at the same time.

The Wellbeing team at the home have said "it's been a complete team effort and it's been fantastic to watch. The social aspect as well as the creative side".
