New rockery at Castle View
Residents at Castle View, on the Isle of Man, are benefiting from a new rockery which has been created in the grounds.
The rockery project is the result of community effort involving Constable Darren Loader of the western neighbourhood policing team. John Adair, Home Manager and David Gibson who is the community impact team leader at The Children’s Centre.
John Adair said “The rockery is invaluable to Castle View, it gives our residents the opportunity to sit at the front of the building and admire the tranquil countryside views and the rockery of plants.”, resident Mr Irving gave his seal of approval!
Mr Gibson was responsible for bringing the volunteer team together who built the rockery and sourced material from businesses from across the island.
Thank you to everyone involved in this project!
