Olympic Games at Hillside

Embracing the Olympic Games in Tokyo, we hosted our own games at Hillside Care Home in Sudbury.

Athletes, our wonderful residents, took part in representing their countries in Quoits, Bowling and Olympic Bingo. Each team were presented with their Country and a flag.

Well done to all the residents who took part. True Olympic Team Spirit. Win or lose they were all winners! Lots of medals were won. Congratulations to Jean, Irene, Emily, Christine and Amanda, Danny and Mary for winning medals, and a special mention to Ada who won 1 Gold and 2 Silver medals! There was also a chance to carry our own homemade Olympic torch!
