Parris Lawn Celebrates Community Togetherness at Ringmer Bowls Club

Parris Lawn Care Home in Lewes had the pleasure of attending a thrilling lawn bowls match between Ringmer and Lewes at Ringmer Bowls Club. This friendly rivalry between Parris Lawn’s home village and their neighbours brought together two groups of warm and welcoming individuals.

Residents from Parris Lawn care home had an extra reason to cheer as they watched their own carer, Lea, compete proudly in the Colours of Lewes. It was a joyous occasion where support was shared for both teams.

In April this year, we were honoured to witness the grand opening of Ringmer Bowls Club's new clubhouse. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, conducted by the Club's Vice President, Gordon Fowlie, marked a significant milestone. We were truly impressed by the beautiful facility, and we highly recommend visiting to experience its warmth and charm first-hand.

Parris Lawn Care Home Manager, Jackie Cox, expressed her appreciation, saying, "The welcome we received, the hospitality shown to us, and the comfort we felt during our first visit were truly exceptional. Engaging in community events like these is vital for our residents as it fosters a sense of belonging and connection to the area, they call home."
