It has been an absolute pleasure working so closely with your staff throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and please pass on my personal thanks to your team. I cannot fault them. They are always ensuring the best care is provided for your residents and are so creative with the activities to engage individuals. In what has been a very difficult year for those unable to see their families, your staff are always so positive and caring to all the residents. I have been impressed by the way in which your team take on board our therapy advice and implement rehabilitation. We have really enjoyed this collaborative working and know, together, we have had the best outcomes for our joint clients.
