I was looking at Horsell Lodge for my 79 year old mother who was diagnosed with dementia three years ago. I looked at numerous homes in Surrey, but Horsell Lodge was one that really stood out. As a new home, the decor, facilities and dementia arrangements are some of the best I have seen. The staff and in particular, the customer liaison team are extremely helpful and go way beyond the norm to advise and assist with no sales pressure at all. I actually chose a different home to place my mother, but this was mainly down to the room design. Unfortunately for our requirements, a separate living space was quite important to help mum adjust. That said, the rooms are superb and if this was not a specific requirement for us, I would have chosen Horsell Lodge immediately.
