Resident Involvement in Interviews

At Riverside Place Care Home in Ware we really value resident involvement, and one of our resident's Violet sat in on an interview of a potential employee. Violet had written her own questions ahead of the interview and asked them as well, the questions were about how they would care for her and the residents in the home.

Her questions were valuable and it was fantastic to get her involved.
