Sanford House Michael wins top award

Sanford House administrator Michael Radbourne has won a top award this week at the Caring Homes Group Recognition Awards.With more than 5,500 employees across the group Michael beat off stiff competition to be recognised as Ancillary Worker of the YearThe awards were presented at a glittering ceremony hosted at the Grove Hotel in Watford and presented by musician and singer Ronan Keating.Sanford House is a modern purpose-built care home in Dereham, providing nursing care and specialist dementia care for up to 40 elderly people.Following a review of over 3,000 nominations received from colleagues and people supported for the awards, Michael was shortlisted for the award.The judges shared the views of one nomination which stated; “Michael has worked at Sanford House as an administrator since 2005, he knows the home inside out and is supportive of all areas.
