5th March 2018
Residents, staff and visitors enjoyed a week of challenging weather at Brooklyn House, Attleborough, Norfolk last week.Despite the Baltic Blast, staff ploughed in through the snow and ice to keep the home running smoothly. The highlight of the week for residents were some wintery activities which included making mini snowmen inside and with the help of staff, venturing outside to make snowballs, a snowman and watch staff making snow angels.Resident Joan Kelly said, “ I never thought I would be making a snowman this week. I’ve had a lovely time.”Brooklyn House provides specialist nursing care in a purpose built environment for up to 38 elderly people. If you would like to find out more about life at Brooklyn House and the care we offer, or to request a meeting with our Home Manager, please contact us on 0808 223 5412 or [email protected].
