St Patrick's Day at Gusyfield

On Thursday, staff and residents at Guysfield celebrated St Patrick's Day in style.

We started off the day by creating our decorations and colouring and painting them to our perfection. We all then enjoyed a tasty Irish stew cooked by our head chef followed by a delicious bread and butter pudding topped with baileys infused cream. We all really enjoyed talking during our activities about how we used to celebrate St Patrick's day, we found out some of our residents had a tradition to go out for St Patrick's Day and enjoy a Guinness. It was a fun day all round.
