The Manor residents go out and about

The residents at The Manor Care Home enjoyed a walk along the canal this week making the most of the lovely sunshine. Even though the sun was shining it was a chilly day so everyone wrapped up warm before they set off. The home are lucky to have the canal near by the home, the birds were whistling as the residents watched the kayakers go past. Everyone had a great morning and made it back just in time for lunch.

Fresh air and a walk are good exercise whatever your age and a gentle stroll is great for blowing off cobwebs, staying mobile and of course a change of scenery for our residents.
