After a lovely day what better way to finish it? With a lovely BBQ in our beautiful garden. Here are some top tips from their Chef about how to cook the perfect sausage.

1. Brown them first for a couple of minute on a high heat
2. Move them away from the high heat
3. The sausages will cook in 10 to 15 minutes depending on their thickness. It's very handy to have an instant-read thermometer here.
4. Remove the meat from the grill once they reach an interior temperature of 160 degrees.
5. Serve with good rolls, lots of chopped onion and ketchup
