Valentines Day Gala at Blenheim Court
The residents at Blenheim Court Care Home enjoyed a wonderful Valentines Day Gala in the bistro at the home which was put together by the hospitality team to mark the special day. The bistro was decorated for the occasion for a wonderful valentines dining experience, with hearts and balloons to match the theme. The resident ambassador at the home gave a speech on all the residents behalf to thank Nathan the Head Chef at the home for the delicious food and everything that he does.
As a special treat all the residents received and enjoyed a box of love sweets and Home Manager Sam with the help of the residents surprised the team as well with their own box of treats which were gratefully received. Throughout the evening love songs were played which was a compilation of music chosen by the residents for all to enjoy. A guest from the apartments located next to the home joined in the celebrations and has since left some wonderful feedback:
"I went to a Valentines dinner this evening and it was amazing. The decorations were fantastic as was the meal. I want to thank all those who decorated the bistro and of course the Chef for a wonderful dinner that was prepared. I'm so grateful to you all."
