Wheelchair Dash Event at Castle View Live on Radio
The team and residents at Castle View Care Home hosted a wheelchair dash and afternoon tea to raise awareness for Manx Breast Cancer.
The Manx Breast Cancer Support Group brought together like-minded people to work to improve the Breast Cancer Service in the Isle of Man. Successfully fundraising around £4.5 million so far to build and equip a state-of-the-art breast screening unit. Every penny raised goes to helping improve the pathway for breast cancer patients.
Our local radio station 3FM live streamed from our home during the wheelchair dash and although there was some rain, everyone involved still had a great time with big smiles all round!
