We were Quizzically Challenged at Whittington House
Whittington House nursing home in Cheltenham hosted a Fundraising Quiz Night for everyone to attend including the community. A finger buffet which the chefs had prepared was available throughout the evening with an assortment of drinks.
We had 4 teams eagerly waiting to pit their wits against each other. The questions were a mix of general knowledge and various other topics to suit everyone’s interests. The quiz was ably compared by a relative who kindly gave up her time to support the home. There was lots of friendly rivalry amongst the teams and all of them including the residents were very knowledgeable. It was successful evening with much laughter, singing and fun had by all.
We raised £70 which will be put towards the purchase of an Omi Vista Interactive Table for Whittington House.
